We were ready to list our home for sale after the long Mass. winter. We called to have them come out and do the spring cleanup, edging, mulching, and “spruce up”. The crew showed up Saturday morning bright and early (not too early so as to disturb the neighbors) and started. They cleaned up all the flower beds and shrubs, mulched, cleaned up all the winter’s leaves and assorted branches, etc. from the trees, cleaned up front, side, and rear lawns, picked up all trash. They finished up just before the realtor showed up for an open house. I feel certain the impression people got from the appearance of the lawn, shrubs, and flower beds were a factor in our receiving 4 offers for the house. Over the years, they have always showed up on the day and time they promised (weather permitting) and left the place immaculate. They were always willing to work with us on issues as they came up (new things we wanted to do.

I’ve found Dan to be very responsive to all inquiries. He’s delivered exactly what’s been agreed to in advance. The quality of the work has been great. Billing is on time and accurate. They’ve been great to work with.

Dan Cahill is very personable, not pushy! Came gave estimate & once contract signed work done immediately. Other services will be required & communication with services met year intended.
